1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and phh444 ("phh444," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at phh444.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, bingo, slot games, promotional offers, and customer support facilities.

3 Account Registration

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) account on phh444. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Accurate Information

When registering a phh444 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You undertake to promptly update your account information if any details change.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phh444 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phh444 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

3.3 Account Ownership

phh444 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account funds, game credits, or accumulated bonuses to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account termination.

4 Deposits & Payments

phh444 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. All deposits are credited to your phh444 wallet in Philippine Peso at a one-to-one rate with no currency conversion fees for peso-denominated transactions.

4.1 Minimum Deposits

4.2 Source of Funds

9 Account Suspension & Closure

phh444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under phh444's Responsible Gaming policy.

Upon account closure, any outstanding real-money balance (net of any active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the payment method on file, subject to the completion of KYC verification. phh444 will not be liable for any loss of potential winnings arising from account suspension in connection with a breach of these Terms.
